Pirlanta Beach at Ciftlikkoy has nominated Cesme to become the “wind capital of Europe” with the everlasting high and stable wind and waves. Located at the farthest corner of Cesme, Pirlanta Beach has become the new centre for kite surfing and kite surfers due to its similarities with the windsurfing in 2000s. 2005 Turkey Kite surfing Championship, 2005 World Water and Air Championship and 2006 Turkey Kitesurf Freestyle and Turkey Windsurf Freestyle Championships were organized and held on this beach.

Scuba Diving:
Cesme has numerous spots to offer insatiate pleasures and new discoveries for underwater fans.
